Lumonics is an Austin based producer, pianist and DJ, and a resident with the Floppy Disko collective. His sets travel from deep and organic textures into melodic, hypnotic house, guided by a classically trained ear for harmony. Music for the dreamers and dancers.

Before he ever touched a mixer, Lumonics spent years at the piano. That training still runs through everything he plays: sets built like long form compositions, with tension, release and melody carrying the floor from one movement to the next.
Based in Austin, Texas, he is a resident with Floppy Disko, the collective behind some of the city’s most loved disco and house parties, and has held down rooms across the city, from First Thursday at East End Ballroom to late nights at Stardust Garage and the Deep Steep Series at Snake Island.
His sound sits where deep house meets organic and melodic territory: warm, groovy, hypnotic and soulful, patient in the build and generous on the payoff. Whether opening a room or closing it, the goal is the same: an escape from the ordinary.
